LGH Hotels Management Wins Gold at the Meetings & Incentive Travel Awards 2021


The last 18 months have been incredibly challenging for the meetings and events industry.  Hotel Groups and Venues have experienced something we could never have imagined and responded with tremendous amounts of resilience and generosity,” said Karen Small of BVA BDRC, on the occasion of the Meetings & Incentive Travel Awards.

 During the annual awards dinner last week, LGH Hotels Management received recognition within the UK’s Hotel and Hospitality Industry, winning the Gold Medal for the Best Service Delivery, Large group for events. The accolade covered teamwork from initial enquiry through to full plan out, delivery and customer relations.

Beating off close competition from Accor, RBH Hospitality Management, Valor Hospitality Partners and The Q Hotels Collection to mention just some of the prestigious names in the shortlist for our award, the LGH team were seen as being head and shoulders above the rest.

The LGH team have been incredibly focused on customer needs and have created bespoke solutions throughout the pandemic to cater for individual demands and requirements.   The desire for a flexible approach to business and the highest standards in service have been prevalent and will be very much part of business in the future.  LGH’s approach to these developing needs and requirements and our response was seen by our customers.

BVA BDRC are an award-winning international consumer and business insight consultancy who conduct research in over 90 countries and are involved in ongoing research and intelligence gathering to find the “best in class” for hotel service delivery.
